Apple finally announced the exact date of when the iPad will be available in the US. It’s coming on Saturday, April 3 – for the WiFi models. WiFi + 3G models will be available later in April.

Guess what will come next after the iPad? Yep, we’ll get to see the iBoard and the iMat. Apple launches a new product every two years which is powered by the iPhone OS. Namco, the company behind the famous classic arcade fighting game Tekken, has confirmed that the iPhone version of the game is already in its final development stages and will be available soon. This brings a challenge to Capcom's Street Fighter IV which has so far held a dominant position in the App Store. More of Namco's plans for Tekken on iPhone will be revealed later.

At least eleven 15-year-old children were discovered to be working last year in three factories which supply Apple. The company did not name the offending factories, or say where they were based, but the majority of its goods are assembled in China. Apple also has factories working for it in Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, the Czech Republic and the United States.
